Sylvia and Jon enjoyed a rare date night this week. Monday night we dropped our 4 kids off at Olga's. With her 4 kids, there were 8 kids running about. OK, two are babies who can't even crawl yet, so 6 run-arounders.
Sylvia and Jon went to the YMCA.
There we played a few friendly games of racquetball. It was fun, but boy was it a workout! We both paid the price on Tuesday morning.
No...we paid dearly all day Tuesday. And I suspect Wednesday has more pain in store. We haven't played racquetball since before Junior was born, so it's been over four-and-a-half years!
But it was fun. And I suspect Olga got as much of a workout as we did, keeping track of 8 kids. On Tuesday, our chiropractor said to get back on the horse and ride, so we need child care for our 4 kids again in 2 weeks so we can head to the Y again. Any takers?
